A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for our International Day of Older Persons celebration. We were honoured to welcome keynote speaker Natasha Stott Despoja AO, who delivered a thoughtful and inspiring address on the theme: Ageing Well in Public (and Private) Life.

It's South Australia's Week of Ageing Well; beginning on 1 October every year, this week is a celebration of living and ageing well. COTA SA was proud yesterday both to celebrate the UN International Day of Older Persons (IDOP) on 1 October, and to kick off the Week of Ageing Well with our free, flagship, intergenerational event.
This October, take some time to reflect and discover the meaning of ageing well and why not take Office for Ageing Well's short Week of Ageing Well survey to share what ageing well means to you and contribute to the statewide understanding of ageing well. | |
